People’s Leasing's AGM held on 29 October

Corporate Desk : Restructured People’s Leasing and Financial Services Limited held its 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th Annual General Meeting (for the financial years 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021) on 29 October 2023 on virtual platform as per rules on the matter. Mr. Hasan Shaheed Ferdous, Chairman of the Board of Directors of People’s Leasing and Financial Services Limited presided over the meeting.

Members of the Board of Directors Dr. Kazi Anowarul Haque, Barrister Reshad Imam, Mr. Mohammad Atiqur Rahman Atiq attended the AGMs. Mr. Md. Sagir Hossain Khan Managing Director, Mr. Armia Fakir ACS Company Secretary conducted the Meeting. Representatives from Regulators i.e. SEC, DSE, Company’s Statutory Auditors, Scrutinizer as directed by the High Court Division’s Company Court and Officers and Executives of the PLFSL and Shareholders attended the meeting through digital platform.

During the AGM’s the participating Shareholders of the Company approved the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, Auditors Report and the Directors Report unanimously.
