ICSB Delegates Meets with the Chairman of NBR

Corporate Desk : The delegates of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) led by its President, Mr. Mohammad Asad Ullah FCS called on Mr. Abu Hena Md. Rahmatul Muneem, Senior Secretary, Internal Resources Division (IRD) and Chairman, National Board of Revenue (NBR), Ministry of Finance, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh at his office on Wednesday, 12 April 2023 at 10.30 AM. On behalf of the Institute, the President introduced the Office Bearers to the Chairman and apprised him of various activities that ICSB undertook for professional development as well as its future plans.

The NBR Chairman gave a patient hearing to various activities of the Institute and appreciated the role of ICSB towards the development as well as promoting the Chartered Secretaries profession in the country. He also assured about continuous support from him.

The delegation thanked the NBR Chairman for giving his valuable time and hoped that his continued support and guidance will help the Institute to move forward to achieve its objectives.

Among others Mr. M Nurul Alam FCS, Senior Vice President, Mr. A. K. M. Mushfiqur Rahman FCS, Vice President, Mr. Md Zakir Hossain, Secretary & Chief Executive Officer, ICSB and Mr. Md. Shamibur Rahman FCS, Executive Director (F&A) of the Institute were present during the meeting.
